PROJECT PROFILE: SPECTRA ENERGY, Charlie Lake, BC.

The head office for BC had outgrown the current facility. Decision; add a costly third floor or re-examine their internal components. With Foxchapel's 30 plus years of experience in reforming interiors the answer came easily; after careful examination of each individual's footprint and product research it was decided to redesign each workstation using a remarkable space saving product: Storwal; A Canadian solution realizing both linear and vertical space utilization. Once completed Foxchapel was able to maximize the capacity of the current facility by obtaining a 35% staff increase within the same building envelope. This option saved the corporation untold construction dollars coupled with incalculable production and staff downtime.
